Issue
- Certain administrators like Super Administrator(s) are able to view Future Hire's record in Employee Central, however other users like say HR Shared Service Team, HR Business Partners who don't have similar super administrators access are unable to view the records of Future Hire's.
Resolution
- One of the reasons could be Permission Groups are created based on the user attributes in SF Employee Central and not based on the user attributes in SF HXM Platform and restrictions are applied via Permission Roles using those Permission Groups
- Relook into whether such Role Based Permission setups are done and make necessary changes, as required.
